These terms govern your use of www.webyfied.com, operated by Webyfied Technologies. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Acceptance

By browsing this website or submitting a form on it, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Use of this site

You may read this site, print pages from it, and quote from it with attribution. You may not:

• use automated means to submit our forms, or send us anything other than a genuine enquiry;
• attempt to access any part of the site, server, or database that is not made public;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission;
• use the site to transmit malicious code, or anything unlawful, defamatory, or harassing;
• copy our page designs, written copy, or case studies and present them as your own work.

We welcome responsible security research. Write to info@webyfied.com before you begin and we will agree a scope.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, graphics, and code of this website belong to Webyfied Technologies or are used under licence. The Webyfied name and mark belong to us.

Third party components used on this site remain the property of their authors and are used under their respective open source licences.

Work we produce for a client belongs to that client on the terms of their contract, not on the terms of this page.

What you send us

If you send us an idea, a suggestion, or feedback about our services, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free right to use it. We say this because we cannot run a business that must first check whether an idea arrived by email before acting on it.

This does not apply to anything covered by a non disclosure agreement between us, and it does not apply to a resume or application, which we treat as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not send confidential business information through the contact form. Ask us to sign a non disclosure agreement first, and we will.

This site is not an offer

Everything on this website, including any indication of timeline, capability, or result, is provided for information. It is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer.

We do not publish pricing. Any number you are given comes in a written quotation, and only that quotation binds us.

Engagements are governed separately

If you engage us, the relationship is governed by a written agreement and a statement of work signed by both parties. Where that contract and this page disagree, the contract prevails entirely.

Ownership of deliverables, advertising accounts, domains, and hosting is dealt with in that contract. Our standard position is that all of it is registered in your name and owned by you from the outset.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, advertising performance, and conversion rates depend on factors outside our control, including the decisions of Google and Meta, the behaviour of your competitors, and the quality of the product you are selling.

The figures in our case studies were true for those engagements. They are not a promise of the outcome you will get. Anybody who guarantees you a search ranking is either misinformed or dishonest.

Third party links and platforms

This site links to the websites of Acmez Technologies, Aarhit Consultancy, and Sciematics Insights, companies within the same group but separate legal entities with their own terms.

Our work frequently involves platforms operated by third parties, including Google, Meta, Shopify, and hosting providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours, and we are not responsible for changes they make.

Availability

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will be. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Disclaimer

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

The content here is general information about our services. It is not professional or legal advice, and you should not act on it without advice suited to your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Webyfied Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

This clause governs the website. Liability under a signed engagement is dealt with in that contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force.
